- Ravi lab mixing mill comes in two models RMMR & RMMBR type with two sizes 6" x 16" & 8" x 18" type.
- RMMR model is a conventional type with bush housing driven by gear reducer and chain drive.
- RMMBR model is with a spherical roller type
bearing housing with a compact design. Use of roller type bearing
ensure a high degree of concentricity, minimum play and a long life.
High temperature grease is used for lubrication.
- Roll nip adjustment of the front roll is carried out via hand - operated adjusting spindels.
- Heating of the rolls can optionally be carried out
by electrical heaters or by means of steam if a steam system is
available at customer plant.
- Safety features can be carried out by emergency
stop installed in the front side actuated by simple touch through foot
operation . Auto reversal panel can also be incorporated if required by
the customer.
